    Kick-off meeting

    We start with a focused conversation about your goals, audience, and what the brand should feel like. We clarify what's working, what isn't, and what the website needs to achieve, so the direction is clear from day one.

    Research

    Depending on what exists, this step is either user research or a UX/UI audit of your current site. We also review competitors to see what your market repeats, where you blend in, and where we can create clearer distinction.

    Information architecture

    We organise your content into a clean hierarchy, so the structure makes sense before anything is designed. This becomes the sitemap and navigation logic, built to feel obvious and easy to move through.

    User flows

    We map the key journeys from first visit to the actions that matter most, based on real user habits and expectations. The goal is to remove extra steps, so people always know where to go next naturally.

    Wireframes to final design

    We start with low-fidelity wireframes to confirm layout and functionality, then move into high-fidelity design with typography, color, imagery, and UI components. Up to two revision rounds are typically included at this stage.

    User testing (optional)

    If you want extra confidence before development, the prototype can be tested with real users for fast feedback on clarity and usability. This is an additional service booked separately and isn't included in the scope.

    Responsive design

    Each page is adapted for desktop, tablet, and mobile so the experience stays consistent across every screen. Layout, spacing, and type are adjusted with intention, so it stays clear and calm, not simply "shrunk down."

    Assets and handoff

    You receive a developer-ready package that's organised and easy to build from, with clean files, components, and prepared assets. Notes cover spacing, typography, and interaction behaviour, so the build matches the design.

    Dev support

    During development, I stay close to the project and guide design decisions as they come up. If constraints appear, we adjust thoughtfully to protect the direction, and one round of post-build review comments is included.
