This is how i came to the place i am now
Today, Kaite is the result of that journey — a design practice built to combine aesthetics, empathy, and measurable impact.
My journey as a designer started early. My mother was a layout artist, building magazine designs, and I always dreamt of following her path. Visual storytelling was my passion from the beginning — the first thing I ever bought with birthday money was a camera when I was nine. Looking through the lens, I saw the world as frames of emotion and meaning.
That curiosity led me to study Graphic Design at the Vilnius Academy of Arts, where I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. While still at university, I joined a design company as a graphic designer, then moved into editorial design — building magazine layouts that later evolved into digital design projects. Those experiences opened the door to a role as Creative Director at Flip180 Media, where I learned how design decisions connect with business goals.
Parallel to my full-time work, I launched a photography practice that became a creative laboratory. Through portrait, reportage, and fashion photography, I learned how emotion, composition, and light shape a visual story. My work was recognized by the Photokūdra community, which encouraged me to pursue even deeper visual precision.
Eventually, I wanted to unite all these layers — design, emotion, and measurable results — into one practice. That’s how Kaite was born: a space where strategy meets aesthetics. To strengthen this foundation, I completed UX and usability training at the Baymard Institute and continued learning about brand and UX strategy from leading experts.
Now, Kaite is the reflection of that entire path — built on visual sensitivity, analytical thinking, and a deep belief that good design feels as effortless as it looks.

at the time we lounch product together i

Collaborators I trust
Kaite collaborates with a small network of specialists—developers, photographers, and strategists—to bring each project to life with precision and craft.
